La Jetée is a lively, all-day Provençal bistro from James Beard Award-winning chef and restaurateur Spike Gjerde.
Inspired by the culinary traditions and flavors of the South of France, our menus highlight Chesapeake fish and shellfish and the vibrant, seasonal diversity of fruits, vegetables, and herbs purchased directly from our region’s best regenerative farms.
We’re located in the waterfront Canopy by Hilton Baltimore Harbor Point hotel, which means you’ll enjoy panoramic views of the harbor whether you’re seated on the terrace, in the dining room, or at the bar.
